I just placed an order, when will it ship?

I post items on Mondays, Wednesdays & Fridays, so you should have the item posted within 24 hours from when I receive your order!

 

How long will my items take to arrive?

I use Australia Post, and the average delivery time for a parcel is generally 2-6 business days, depending where you are located (I am in rural Victoria). You can get more accurate information on postage times however through the below Australia Post link!

Can you deliver?

I offer free delivery to Shepparton, Tatura, Mooroopna, and other closely surrounding areas! If you wish to have items home delivered, please shoot me a message through the Contact Page OR via sunshinestreetkids@outlook.com and I can give you a code to put in at checkout, to wipe the postage fee.

 

What is your return policy?

I am more than happy to offer a store credit or replacement item if your item is faulty, within 14 days of purchase. I do check carefully all items before posting. However, we cannot offer returns for items if you simply change your mind.
